As employees scrutinize their senior leaders and look to the top for hidden cues about organizational health, senior teams can easily fall into dysfunctional traps. As we try to help senior teams push their performance boundaries and demonstrate health and vitality, we need to understand what makes an executive team excel and what makes them fail. This session will explore how executive teams are different from other teams, core issues involved in teamwork at the top, why senior teams can be tough to work with, and what the team builder needs to be successful.

For many years he served as a SVP Chief Talent Officer for a privately held 1B company with 10,000 employees where he implemented a full suite of human capital management programs designed to ensure a highly skilled and productive workforce.
