Developing Leaders and Managers in Your Global Organization

SHRM 2013 Annual Conference
Workplace Application: This session will discuss a standardized model for leadership and management development in international organizations.

During this session, findings will be presented on the practice of management development within global organizations. This new leadership and management model, based on multiple years of research as well as a thorough study and an online panel of international HR directors, has now been rephrased into an audit tool. This tool will help you analyze existing or structure newly designed management development processes, including its connections to other HR processes. You will leave this session with practical takeaways to make this audit tool work in the development of managers and leaders within your organization.
