Theresa S. Treat joined the Company in December 2006 as Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Treat was Vice President of Human Resources at Cutter & Buck, Inc., and has more than 30 years of experience in human resources, serving at Onvia, Inc., Pointshare, Inc., Nextlink Communications, and Horizon Airlines.

She also served as a labor negotiator for employees in the state of Alaska from 1983 to 1990. Ms. Treat currently serves on the Board of Directors of Athletes For Kids, a non-profit organization. Ms. Treat has a Master’s Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, both from the University of Illinois.
