Paolo Nagari

Paolo Nagari is the CEO & Founder of InterCultural Group a corporate education consulting firm based in Charlotte NC. His focus is to provide organizations with the cross cultural training, coaching, and consulting programs they need to work and communicate effectively with people from other national cultures. He is the originator of the Intercultural Intelligence® Model and has been using it to successfully deliver solutions for global brands including: Electrolux, Georgetown University, and GE Healthcare.
Educated in Italy, France and the United States, Paolo is presently writing a book on his model of Intercultural Intelligence®.
Jodi Wabiszewski

With a bachelor’s degree in Biomechanical Engineering, Jodi Wabiszewski started her career in 2000 with GE Healthcare (formerly Datex-Ohmeda) training field engineers how to service, repair and maintain anesthesia equipment.
Her current role as Manager of Curricula requires working with engineers and SMEs from across the globe, including: the United States, Japan, Israel, Norway, China, India, Korea, and Sweden. Working with colleagues from so many countries is both exciting and challenging. It requires strong skills in interpersonal relationships and project management in addition to educational concepts and instructional design.
In her spare time, Jodi enjoys cooking (and eating!), biking, and playing with her rescued Weimaraner.
