A global phenomenon is taking place that is challenging the way we manage and plan the workforce. Generational differences, which have emerged over the last decade, are beginning to solidify and have lasting implications for the management of global human capital. Through these case studies from organizations in China, Singapore, Japan, and Russia, you will learn how to prepare for and manage these trends. Learn the key steps you should to take in order to succeed in the global marketplace even as the global workforce continues to evolve. Richards will share the four truths of work today that link to why global talent is dwindling as well as tips for recruiting and retaining top talent across borders and generations.
