Individuals, teams and entire organizations that can respond effectively to rapid changes in the market, customer needs and their own workforce consistently deliver results. You can play an important role in expanding the capacity for agility in your organization. In this session you will learn three key dimensions of agility and several strategies you can use to improve agility and positively impact your bottom line. Understand HR's role in fostering agility, and how to coach leaders, participants and other stakeholders to support and sustain it through HR systems and processes.

Meyer is author of four books on innovation, learning and change, including The Agility Shift: Creating Agile and Effective Leaders, Teams and Organizations. Specializing in leadership and team development, Meyer develops award-winning strategies and programs that get results. In addition to her speaking and consulting practice, Pamela teaches courses in innovation, organizational change, and adult learning at DePaul University.
