Personal Tax Issues for the International Executive

Human resource professionals recruiting and maintaining international executives should understand personal tax issues affecting this unique group of talent. Attendees will receive an income tax primer, as well as estate and gift tax basics, including pre-immigration issues for executives heading to the U.S. and expatriation issues for those leaving the U.S. or changing immigration status. Finally, the recent issues in foreign account compliance affecting so many international executives will be discussed.
