Carlos Antonaglia is an Executive Senior Manager of Labor and Social Security Advisory practices from Ernst & Young Brazil and he has over 12 (twelve) years of experience in audit and consulting company.
He has extensive experience in labor and social security procedures as well as Human Resources administration, including participation in many due diligence processes in local and multinational companies.
Carlos was the Head of Human Resources for Ernst & Young Brazil in 2008 and has experience with chemical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage industries, publishing, health, software, retails, services and banks.
Antonaglia is fluent in English and Spanish, has a bachelor in Law, and post graduation in Human Resources area from Getúlio Vargas Foundation - FGV-SP and from Armando Álvares Penteado Foundation – FAAP.
