Berry has spoken at numerous conferences including HRPA as well as for the Spanish tourism board on the subject of the Cruise industry and employment regulations on board cruise ship. He writes a blog on the topic of HR in the Hospitality industry and often consults for leading hospitality organizations on employment branding and HR and Organizational development.
