As the Director of Lockton’s International Benefits practice, Pam is responsible for managing a team of consultants who work closely with clients to develop, implement, and support international employee benefit strategies – local, global and cross-border. She and her team provide liaison and coordinating services with Lockton International offices and affiliates, to effectively provide employee benefits brokerage and consulting services on a global basis for our multinational clients. Pam’s background includes 20 years of experience in the employee benefits industry. Immediately prior to joining Lockton in 2006, Pam spent several years with Aetna Global Benefits (AGB) as Midwest Regional Sales Director. Pam is certified as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), and has also been certified in Global Benefits Management from IFEBP and from the IBIS Academy. Pam is a frequest speaker/presenter on the topic of cross-border employee benefit strategies, and has been quoted in several publications, including Best’s Review, Benefits & Compensation International, Kansas City Business Journal, and Human Resource Executive.
